bridge/core device

link/io bridge/core

Built for your world.

Bridge/core is an expandable, general-purpose I/O solution that bridges AES70 network monitoring and control with relays and digital/analog inputs.

Developed by Welliver Technologies and DeusO, the firmware runs on industrial DIN-rail hardware (Finder Opta).

It delivers native AES70 / OCA control and web configuration functions, a drag-and-drop logic builder, and integrates with traditional industrial control systems bridging to AUX Panel, Python (AES70py) network services (or scripts), or Node-RED workflows.

Key capabilities

Designed for real-world installations, bridge/core brings network control, configurable I/O, and automation together in one device.

Use cases

Bridge/core supports a broad set of control scenarios where network systems must interact cleanly with physical infrastructure.

Built for theatre technicians, systems integrators, and venue operators who need GPIO control off the shelf, not from the workbench.

Link70 Manager

Link70 Manager is desktop software for macOS and Windows. It connects to bridge/core hardware on your network so you configure settings, run day-to-day control, and roll out firmware updates from a familiar application.

Onboard logic

Input and network events trigger configurable sequences, from status indicators to multi-step workflows. Integrators build and manage simple logic via Link70 Manager without custom scripting, while Python and Node-RED extend those workflows into larger automation systems through programmatic integrations or using existing visual tools.

Integration

AUX Panel

AUX Panel buttons trigger physical events, and panel indicators reflect input + output states in realtime. This provides a direct path from a touch panel to non-networked hardware events and status updates.

AES70py (Python)

Python applications subscribe to AES70 objects, interact with OCA device object trees, proxy non-OCA systems and external services such as databases and dashboards.

Node-RED

Node-RED workflows connect OCA devices, non-networked equipment, and third-party services into a unified automation chain.

Platform and certifications

Built on the Finder Opta industrial platform, bridge/core delivers professional deployment across a wide range of installations. It is made in Italy by Finder, is UL approved, CE and UKCA certified, and designed for industrial grade applications. Opta with bridge/core firmware ships through approved distributors.
